PlayerTwo Travel Advisors ("PlayerTwo," "we," "us," or "our") operates playertwotravel.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or use our trip-planning form, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We are a California Seller of Travel • CST#2157926-70, based at 1601 N Sepulveda Blvd Ste 837, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit the "Start a Trip" form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), group size, destination(s) of interest, trip duration, and any notes you add. We don't collect this information anywhere else on the Site — there are no newsletter sign-ups or account creation.

Information from using our Site. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of serving the Site and filtering form spam. We do not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and we do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Information we don't collect. Booking and payment details are handled directly by our partners, not by this Site:

• Payments for planning fees and advisory packages are processed by Stripe via a hosted checkout page — we never see or store your card details.
• Consultation bookings are scheduled through Microsoft Bookings, operated by Microsoft.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your trip request and put together travel recommendations and quotes
• Communicate with you about your trip, booking, or account with us
• Keep our own client records so we can service existing trips and answer follow-up questions

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who We Share It With

We share information only as needed to run this business:

• Service providers that host the Site, process form submissions, or power our internal client-management tools, bound to protect your data and use it only to provide those services to us
• Travel suppliers and booking platforms (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators) when you ask us to book or quote a trip — only the details needed to make that booking
• Legal or safety reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of PlayerTwo or others

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We keep trip request and client information for 5 years, which covers the tax, accounting, and travel-industry compliance purposes we need it for, then delete or anonymize it.

Your Choices & Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information, except where we're required to keep it (e.g., financial records)

California Residents

Because we're based in California, this applies to all visitors regardless of location: we do not sell or "share" (as defined under the CCPA) personal information, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
